Descripción:The Legacy at Millennium Park es un rascacielos de 72 plantas situado en Chicago, Illinois, Estados Unidos, localizado en S. Wabash Avenue, cerca de E. Monroe Street.

La torre residencial y el podio de uso mixto, diseñados por la firma arquitectónica Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz, contienen 360 apartamentos de lujo así como 460 plazas de aparcamiento.2 Adicionalmente, el edificio incluye 41 000 pies cuadrados (4000 m²) de aulas para la School of the Art Institute of Chicago en las plantas más bajas, instalaciones atléticas para el Club de la Universidad, una pasarela aérea entre el Club de la Universidad y el podio del edificio, y comodidades privadas para los residentes de la torre incluyendo un centro atlético y acuático así como salones residenciales situados por todo el edificio. Rising 72 stories (822 feet) above Michigan Avenue, The Legacy provides 356 luxury condominium units and 460 parking spaces in Chicago's downtown Loop district.

The residential tower respects the existing urban fabric of smaller scaled landmarked buildings, and features restored historic facades deftly incorporated into the building's base. The tower also integrates 41,000 sf of classroom space for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago into the lower floors, and provides expanded facilities for the adjacent University Club of Chicago.

The Legacy tower is oriented and sculpted for optimal views of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan from floors 16 through 72. Sustainable elements are incorporated throughout the tower, including sky parks - large, common areas of landscaped interior/ exterior gardens - into the 15th, 42nd and 60th floors. The Legacy was the tallest building to be completed in North America in 2010, and the only one to make the top 20 tallest buildings in the world list in the 2010 Tall Building Review, issued by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
