The Tamkeen Tower is an office skyscraper located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It has 58 floors and 258 meters high including the needles (213 meters without them). It was built between 2009 and 2012. It is the third tallest building in Riyadh, the fourth tallest in Saudi Arabia and the 169th tallest in the world. The tower has a raised passageway and two symmetrical needles at the top.
