Benidorm Beach is a 36-story, 126-meter-tall residential skyscraper located in Benidorm, Alicante. It was inaugurated in 2023, built by the Alicante-based developer Alibuilding, and designed by the firm Chamizo Arquitectos.
Design
Benidorm Beach comprises two interconnected 36-story towers with a total of 196 apartments. It features an indoor swimming pool overlooking Poniente Beach on the 26th floor and a gym on the 27th.
In 2024, it received the International Property Award for Best Residential Development in Europe.
