Recently, the Phoenix (Fenghuang) Third Bridge in Nansha District of Guangzhou, which was constructed by China Railway Guangzhou Engineering Bureau Group Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd., was officially opened to traffic.
The Phoenix Three Bridge flies across the Hengli Waterway. The main bridge is 510 meters long. The most eye-catching steel frame arch bridge without thrust is the steel box arch of 4690 tons across the water surface. It is understood that the construction of the Phoenix Third Bridge is one-off. The steel box arch with a length of 237 meters and a weight of 4,690 tons was raised by 23 meters to carry out the dragon. The comprehensive index of the weight and height of the steel arch ribs has increased the overall record of the world's large tonnage steel arch ribs.
The Fenghuang Third Bridge is completed and opened to traffic. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the Wanqingsha Transportation Hub Center in Nansha New District to the largest bus and rail transit hub in Nansha, which is a 10-minute drive to improve the transportation network of the Nansha New District. The half-hour traffic circle is of great significance to promote the rapid economic development of Guangdong Province.
