Nacqueville Castle
Nacqueville Castle is a castle located in the town of Urville-Nacqueville in the department of Manche.
Historical
The castle is built in the sixteenth century by Jean de Grimouville.
In 1822, Hippolyte Clérel de Tocqueville inherited by his wife, Émilie Erard de Belisle, from the castle.
The castle park was created in 1830 by an English landscaper.
The door and its drawbridge are registered as historic monuments since May 16, 1944, the rest of the domain (castle, park, development) is also registered since November 20, 1992
