The Paradox Tower is a skyscraper located in Av. Santa Fe 562, Cologne Cruz Manca, Cuajimalpa; Located in the financial center of Santa Fe, CDMX.
Tower Paradox is a 60-story building, which has approximately 75,000 m² of construction, in which house 337 departments. The building of residential use has social areas and mixed services such as, cinema, gym, spa and a children's play area.
The design of the property is work of the office of Architects Varabyu Partners and Skidmore Owens & Merrill, who worked together with the Developer Lemmus Inver Mexico RealState and with the Constructor Anteus Constructora.
The construction of Torre Paradox start in 2014 and had a delivery date in 2018.
The structural project was carried out by the company "Luis Bozzo Structures and Projects" of Barcelona (www.luisbozzo.com). This project incorporates SLB-type seismic sinks or cushions on each of its plants.
