Port of Chimbote
The Port of Chimbote is located in Chimbote, in the Province of Santa, Ancash, Peru. It is the third most important port in Peru after the ports of Callao and Paita. The port is administered by the Regional Government of Ancash.
History
The port is currently in the process of privatization. This process is supervised by ProInversion.
