Třeboň Castle

Třeboň Castle is one of the largest castle complexes in the Czech Republic. More than 100 living rooms testify to its scale. The buildings of the Třeboň Chateau form the western front of Masaryk Square, to which the chateau complex is smoothly connected. Thanks to its location on the south-western side of the historic town centre of Třeboň, in close proximity to the Golden Star townhouse complex, this splendid Renaissance chateau forms an inseparable part of the town. It is owned by the state (administered by the National Heritage Institute) and is open to the public.
