History
Prehistory The village of Krieblowitz was first mentioned in 1321. A fortified tower is documented there for the year 1349. From 1417 until secularisation in 1810, Krieblowitz belonged to the St. Vincent's Foundation in Wrocław. The two-storey Renaissance-style castle was built between 1570 and 1580. At that time, it consisted only of the north-east wing. Between 1702 and 1704, under Abbot Keller, it was rebuilt and extended into a four-winged complex in the Baroque style. At that time, the castle was the seat of the estate administration of the Premonstratensians of the St. Vincent's
Abbey.
