The Hengqin Second Bridge Project in Zhuhai adopts a freeway standard design with a design speed of 100km/h, two-way six lanes, and a bridge width of 33.5m. The starting point is located in Hongwan, which is located on the extension line of Hongdong Interchange to Nanwan Avenue. After crossing the Mazhouzhou Waterway to the south, the Hengqin West Road stretches over Hengqin and the terminal is connected to the Hengqin Center South Road. The total length of the project is about 6.8. Km, consists of three parts: the north approach bridge, the main bridge, and the south approach bridge. The north and south approach bridges are respectively connected with Hengqin and the red east interchange are connected with the municipal roads. The main bridge adopts a 100m 400m 100m span mid-through steel arch structure. The investment is about 2.8 billion yuan.
