En la ciudad de Volgogrado (es el nombre actual de la ciudad de Stalingrado) se encuentra una de las esculturas mas altas del mundo “Madre Patria llama” (52 metros de altura). Pero poca gente sabe que esta escultura es la segunda parte de la composición de tres monumentos con la espada de la Victoria en diferentes ciudades.

And only in 1979 was created a monument 'Rear front', where the worker passes a sword to the soldier. Fue un proyecto de tres monumentos ejecutado por los escultores León Golovnizky y Eugenio Vutechich.

La primera parte “Los de la Retaguardia a los del Frente” se encuentra en Magnitogorsk donde el obrero entrega la espada al soldado. Cuando empezo la guerra esta espada alegorica la usaron para defender la Patria asi que la escultura “Madre Patria llama” simboliza el inicio de la guerra.

Y el tercer monumento “El Soldado libertador” se encuentra en Berlín donde un guerrero libertador baja la espada.

En 1979, un monumento a "Detrás – Frente" en Magnitogorsk. Este monumento a gran escala y fue concebido como la parte final del tríptico que le dice al mundo acerca de la grandeza del espíritu del pueblo soviético – y en la parte trasera y en la parte delantera, y en el momento de la Gran Victoria. En el mundo no hay absolutamente nada que iguale esta unida por la idea del monumento. El autor de la última parte del tríptico es un escultor Lev Nikolaevich Golovnitsky. El arquitecto del monumento notable convirtió Yakov Borisovich Belopolsky, que era el autor y los dos primeros monumentos.
