Descripción:La Torre Moshe Aviv, conocida popularmente como City Gate, es un rascacielos de la bolsa de diamantes de Ramat Gan, en Israel.

Es el edificio más alto del país, superando el Azrieli Center Circular Tower cuando concluyó su construcción. La torre es actualmente el octavo rascacielos más alto de Oriente Próximo. Fue bautizado con el nombre del dueño de la compañía que se encargó de su construcción, que murió como consecuencia de una caída cuando montaba a caballo en octubre de 2001 antes de que se completara la construcción de la torre.

Las obras comenzaron en 1998 y concluyó en 2001, siendo inaugurado en 2003. Su coste fue de 170 millones de dólares.

La altura del edificio es de 244 metros. Cuenta con 74 plantas en altura y 6 subterráneas. Su superficie total ronda los 180.000 m². Dentro del rascacielos hay una sinagoga.

The tower has 3 entrances and exits. The entrance to the office floors passes through a separate, magnificent lobby, and the various floors are served by designated elevators, the fastest in Israel, that travel at a speed of 7 meters a second.

There are 10 parking floors in the tower, including 6 underground.

Residential floors

The tower was planned in the spirit of New York, meaning that all the elements both within and outside the apartment create an atmosphere of harmony and quality of life for the residents. The apartments have their own separate, ornate entrance lobby with a stunning Swarovski crystal chandelier. There are 98 apartments of varying size on the 55th to 65th floors. The upper floors contain luxurious penthouse apartments with giant balconies and a spectacular panoramic view.
