Descripción:El Burj Khalifa Lake Hotel & Serviced Apartments ( "Apartamentos y Hotel del lago Burj Khalifa" en español, فندق البحيرة و شقق برج دبي المخدمة, en árabe) es un rascacielos situado en el emirato de Dubái. Mide 306 metros de altura hasta la punta de la antena y se encuentra en el complejo Downtown Burj Khalifa, a un lado del Dubai Mall y del Burj Khalifa. Este rascacielos alberga 700 apartamentos con diferente uso. Cuenta con un hotel de 210 habitaciones. El rascacielos de 60 plantas, comenzó a construirse en el año 2004 y se concluyó en el año 2008. Este rascacielos queda empequeñecido al lado del Burj Khalifa aun cuado es uno de los hoteles más altos del mundo.

The Address Downtown Dubai, formerly The Address Downtown Burj Dubai, (Arabic: العنوان وسط المدينة دبي‎) is a 63-storey, 302.2 m (991 ft) supertall hotel and residential skyscraper in the Burj Dubai Development Area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the 12th tallest building in the city. The tower is another supertall structure in the massive development named Downtown Dubai, which includes the centerpiece supertall building, the Burj Khalifa. The tower was topped out in April 2008, becoming the 6th-tallest building in Dubai and the 36th-tallest in the world. The AED845 million tower was completed in September 2008.[5]
