Descripción:Al Fattan Marine Towers is a 53-storey residential tower with 229 apartments designed by Norr Consultants has a unique V-shaped design that maximizes ocean views for the residents and a sky garden concept that sets it apart from the rest of the properties.

Situated along Dubai’s southern shoreline, Al Fattan Marine Towers is a modern development that effortlessly combines residences and retail outlets into a stunning self-contained community.

Built along the shores of the Arabian Gulf, and nestled close to the waters of Dubai Marina, the project’s enviable location offers close proximity to landmarks such as the Gardens Shopping Mall, the Palm – Jumeirah, Dubai’s media and IT hubs, and the arterial Sheikh Zayed highway.

Al Fattan Marine Towers, the second of the two towers under construction, is a 250-metre high tower that rises from a two-storey retail podium which also incorporates a three-level-basement parking area. The tower is a combination of tinted blue-green glass and silver aluminum panels creating a light, ephemeral quality, distinct from the massive towers in the marina area. It features 47 floors of residential accommodation and contains a total of 229 apartments of which 172 are three-bedroom units plus 53 two bedroom units and 3 duplexes with 3 and 4 bedrooms and a spacious penthouse. The upper podium has been reserved for a well-equipped health club and other recreational facilities.

Al Fattan Marine Towers' landscape incorporates a sky garden concept designed to simulate an external landscaped environment using natural materials such as stone, timber and bamboo planting. High performance low E glazing has been used throughout the Towers which are controlled by a centralized building energy management system. The Towers have a spacious exterior leisure deck with swimming pools, garden, refreshment areas, spa, sun deck and other amenities.
